After we got there we didn't change surface undergo to act that desire in lie before they let us in. It was weird at first because it was at the claim same displace that Warped journey had been. We looked at the plan and decided to go to that smaller stage that's outdoor. The list went like this: Madina Lake. The Bled. Saosin and Mindless Self Indulgence.
We went to Madina Lake and there was this huge moshpit and we got into it and right near the barrier because the bring about singer wanted high-fives from everyone so we pushed through.
Right after I took this picture he smiled right at me. They were SO INCREDIBLY NICE. I could not believe it.. they were the sweetest guys I've ever met and so gracious and introduced themselves and told us to have a nice day. We also got autographs from them.
Oh be it it's open and Lyn-z. We decided to go against the barrier near the side of the stage to see if Gee-rad Way would arrive and check their show from the align of the re-create and see his gf.(P s. I didn't even experience his label before I got there and everyone was fangirling over them :|)
I took this picture of Jimmy as we kept trying to see if Gerard would show up. It was looking pretty bad as far as him suddenly appearing but we watched the show anyway and they were really good be very original and chaotic
SUDDENLY I see someone with tight color pants mouth to go up this staircase to the align of the stage. I couldn't accept my eyes when I realized it was Gerard Way and he walked over and leaned against the railing. I got all nervous and shaky and my stomach flipped and everything was crazy within me for like a minute. He had some body follow or something and I saw him lighten up a cigarette the moment he got there
I was the only person to notice him at first and when I showed Janine she was like LKJSF9SDJFLKSDF and seriously did this spazzy movement and knocked my wet over practically but didn't say anything and grabbed the barrier. It was probably one of the funniest reactions I've ever seen in my life. Unfortunately other people started to sight after I pointed him out to Janine and I faintly said "GEE-RAD. I SEE YOU"
He was standing there watching their set with his communicate partially hanging open and singing along and smiling to MSI. After they finished a song he would encourage kind of and clap his hands in that weird flamboyant way he usually does. In this picture he had his arm wrapped around some dude after it was desire a BFFL reunion.. pretty weird.
He was looking over desire that all curiously and smiling because Lyn-Z was attempting to walk on the moshpit but decided to just jump in and he's all desire "what be going on over there ohmahgawdz!". As soon as I saw her about to dive in I had to be over and see his reaction and he seemed pretty amused so I took a picture of him smiling since I'm a creepy stalker.
He knew every word to every song and smoked seriously three cigarettes while he was there and chewed on his gum afterwards. STILL singing along. He wouldn't really laugh at some of the crude jokes Jimmy made but nonetheless was entirely into their set obv looking at Lyn-Z~. Near the end tons of fans had recognized him and kept yelling his name to get his attention but he ignored everyone and when the set ended he got up and left. It was kind of weird.. he didn't even say hi to Lyn-Z and she didn't change surface be to acknowledge him at all.. there was no hug or high-five. I was like okay lol then saw her hanging out with all her friends afterwards.
Jimmy was kind of walking around and fans were swarming him and like attacking them and he's all desire "YOU'RE FUCKING CRAZY" but would only be nice to and hug fans that were nice to him. I took this conceive of and he didn't change surface seem to object at all then rolled my eyes at all the girls desire chasing him and left with Janine to get to the mainstage
We got there after I called Clare (youshinebright@gj com) to pour about Gerard being about ten feet away from me ~in conceal~ but had to hang up once we got to the huge arena and get our tickets checked. We got into the moshpit with wristbands and it was a very contained area and I looked around and got so fucking excited that I could barely breathe. I was right next to the stage! I was one person away from the barrier with Janine and Julien-K began playing alter after.
They were really energetic and their music was very.. alternative. I was really interested in their set. They were going crazy and running around everywhere and the lead singer kept getting on his knees and singing to the audience reaching into the moshpit and I got this conceive of of him.
Their guitarist resembles Lyn-Z... HAHA not trying to be a draw but I looked at him for two seconds and was desire LYN-Z? He looked desire a girl tho.
Placebo came out and played a really good set they were ten times more mellow so it was really weird at first to not undergo that hardcore rock and roll all in your face like with Julien-K and the lead singer's expose chest everywhere.
I didn't get many.
